Responsibilities:


Team Management:
Lead and manage a 24/7 operations team, ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed and operating efficiently.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members.

Shift Scheduling:
Develop and manage employee schedules for round-the-clock operations, considering peak hours, breaks, and holidays.
Implement strategies to optimize shift rotations for maximum productivity.

Performance Monitoring:
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor team and individual performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement training programs as needed.

Cab Services Management:
Oversee the transportation services, including coordinating cab schedules, monitoring routes, and ensuring timely and safe transportation for employees.
Collaborate with cab service providers to ensure service quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Process Optimization:
Continuously assess and improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identify areas for automation and implement technology solutions to streamline operations.


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
