Job Title:
PLC Machine Operator and Maintenance Technician

Location:
Nashik, India

Responsibilities:


  • Operate and monitor PLC machines to ensure they are running smoothly and effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical, electrical, or programming issues that arise during operation
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify potential problems and prevent downtime
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs
  • Train new operators on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures
  • Work with production supervisors to ensure that production goals are met
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining PLC machines and other equipment in a manufacturing or processing environment
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Excellent mechanical, electrical, and programming skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Education:

Diploma or ITI Electrical/Mechanical Engineering


Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time


Working Conditions:

Exposure to loud noise and heat.


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
