Job Summary:

As a Travel Consultant in the Reservation Department at MyTravaly, you will be responsible for helping travelers confirm their bookings, addressing issues related to refunds, working on ticketing, and helping hoteliers confirm their bookings, payouts, and enhancing their knowledge of MyTravaly.

Key Responsibilities:

Confirm bookings and send necessary booking details to customers and hoteliers
Address any issues related to refunds and cancellations
Manage ticketing, including booking tickets and issuing etickets
Help hoteliers confirm bookings and payouts
Provide excellent customer service to both travelers and hoteliers
Enhance the knowledge of MyTravaly among hoteliers
Keep up to date with the latest changes and developments in the travel industry.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a reservation or booking role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Familiarity with the latest developments in the travel industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
