Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

Your focus will be on promoting our products/services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, industries, and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, networking, lead generation, and referrals.
  • Present our products/services to potential clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their goals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
  • Build and nurture strong, longlasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product/service developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis, consistently contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using the company's CRM system.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training, workshops, and selflearning.

Qualifications:


  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customercentric approach to sales.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.

Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
