Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.
Your focus will be on promoting our products/services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, industries, and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, networking, lead generation, and referrals.
- Present our products/services to potential clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their goals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
- Build and nurture strong, longlasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product/service developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis, consistently contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using the company's CRM system.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training, workshops, and selflearning.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customercentric approach to sales.
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
