    About the Opportunity:


    The Xceedance Digital Transformation Unit work on a variety of initiatives with a focus to gear up Xceedance and its clients for the rapidly changing business environment.

    For doing this, we engage with various teams at Xceedance and client locations for brainstorming to provide innovative solutions to meet immediate demands with future business needs.


    Position Title:
    Asst. Vice President (AVP) – Digital Transformation Unit


    Job Location:
    Gurugram


    What you'll be doing:
    - and implement improvement projects impacting people, process and tools across different capabilities
    - capability to handle complex project implementation within stipulated time
    - to nurture client relationship to managed project delivery
    - with teams at Xceedance and client to understand current state and desired future state of their processes/businesses to be able to contribute to carving out long-term strategic initiatives
    - and maintain an exhaustive project plan for assigned projects
    - critical path and define project success criteria for assigned projects
    - with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure proactive and smooth flow of communication
    - weekly project review calls with both internal and external stakeholder
    - / report project status periodically

    • Process or Account Governance activities
    • PMP certification to gain industry standard expertise in project management (within 9 months of moving in the role)
    - you'll bring to the team:

    • have an overall experience of more than 14 years and insurance industry experience of more than 5 years
    - in handling multiple projects and drive change
    - in handling team of project managers
    - to identify risks, develop, execute mitigation plan and drive completion
    - written and verbal communication skills
    - understanding of business operations

    • Scrum/PMP Certification/ Prince 2 (one of them)
    • Skills:
    • Certification (e.g. CII or INS/CPCU)
    - / Six sigma trained or certified (preferred)
    - in MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Visio, MS Word
