Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor and track sales orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude towards learning and development.
