Job Description:


As an administrative Associate on the Vialto Partners Risk & Compliance team, you will join a talented team of dedicated risk & compliance professionals.

As a member of the team, you will play a critical role in helping respond to inquiries from our global teams, tracking and following up on compliance requirements and supporting Risk & Compliance in numerous other areas as the business experiences rapid growth and expansion.


Responsibilities/Requirements:


  • Manage all R&C mailboxes / Service Now (SNOW) queues, triage and route to the appropriate R&C team members.
  • Perform central intake for third party requests (vendor risk assessments) for which attention to detail is a requirement.
  • Perform central intake, triage and escalation for Security, Health & Safety incidents COVID reporting, inquiries, requests.
  • Update, edit and post policies, process documents and other R&C materials to Vialto's intranet site as required.
  • Review, format, edit and brand R&C documents as requested
  • Track, follow up and monitor completion of training and other compliance activities for all regions.
  • Assist in monitoring and testing of employee expenses, AP expenses and government affiliations on a regular basis to help maintain VP compliance with Antibribery and corruption regulations.
  • Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance VP compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to the Vialto Partners methods and policies.
  • Exercise flexibility to find and implement new methods for better productivity to meet changing business needs.
  • Display exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple and competing priorities on tight timelines.
  • Strict conformance to confidentiality to all R&C matters
  • Commitment to delivering high quality service to both external and internal clients, displaying an image of professionalism, discretion, integrity and tact.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing with a range of key stakeholders.
  • Integrate and synthesize information from multiple sources in order to analyze complex data and results, anticipate issues and solve problems

Qualifications:


What you'll bring to this role:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate and manage expectations with stakeholders, clients and third parties.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently; prioritize conflicting demands in a highvolume and deadlinedriven environment.
  • Analytical mind with problemsolving aptitude.
  • Good research skills
  • Willingness to learn industry compliance standards and regulations.
  • Proficient with G-Suite and Microsoft Office products as well as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance
  • Experience in administrative roles or applicable transferable skills. The equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
  • Experience working in a professional environment, working within a team.
  • Excellent judgement and strong problem solving skills, including a proactive approach to working with staff and clients at all levels while demonstrating flexibility
Additional Information

Work may be performed remotely, but applicant may be asked to be in office one or two days/week.
