    Description
    Reviewand interpret FOPM mechanical assembly drawings and Bill ofMaterials (BOM) to ensure clear understanding of productrequirements.
    Lead and coordinate the shop floorassembly team in efficiently building products according to designand drawings.
    Identify and resolve assembly line issuesincluding troubleshooting mechanical problems and implementingcorrective actions.
    Work collaboratively with designengineers to clarify design intent and provide feedback onmanufacturability. Thorough understanding of DFM &DFA.
    Develop and implement assembly procedures ensuringadherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
    Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes includingrevisions andupdates.

    Requirements


    Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    Minimum 8years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably withexperience in leading shop floor assembly.
    Strongunderstanding of mechanical assembly principles andpractices.
    Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawingsGD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) andBill of Materials (BOM).
    Proven ability to troubleshootand solve complex mechanical problems.
    Experience inimplementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
    Strong communication interpersonal and leadershipskills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of ateam in a fastpaced environment.
    Excellent analyticaland problemsolvingskills.
