Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Cosmeceuticals, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, preferably in cosmetic product development and testing.

Basic Skill Sets Required:


  • Proficient in cosmetics product & batch manufacturing.
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Batch Preparation: Execute batch preparation processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various cosmetic products.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure their availability for production activities.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of batch production, including batch logs, formulations, and any deviations encountered.

Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues that arise during batch preparation, such as equipment malfunctions or deviations from SOPs.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Collaboration:Coordinate with other departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Packaging to support smooth production processes.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in batch preparation.

₹20, ₹29,166.00 per month
