The Digital Designer
will work within the Global Digital Team to develop designs for web, CRM, social, and other digital platforms. With a strong understanding of our brand, the Digital Designer will develop design solutions from concept through production and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the design process.

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with the web team, product team, visual designers, UI/UX Designers, and the project management team to develop on-brand, strategic digital solutions for our product portfolio

Contribute to all stages of creative and digital product development, from concepting to production
-
Maintain the highest creative, conceptual, and production standards, while constantly ensuring brand integrity and privacy
-
Work within a global team where we prioritize collaboration to come up with the best design solutions
-
Use design comps provided by the Senior Designers to develop additional sizes and adapt campaign elements as needed
-
Maintain graphic design files and folders including stock photography, logos and design projects
-
Other tasks as requested

Education & Experience:

-
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design required
-
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Graphic Design position required
-
Must have experience designing for digital

Skills & Requirements:

-
Highly proficient in the

Adobe Creative Suite:
XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
-
Must be able to work with or without a Creative Brief
-
Possess strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
-
Energetic, quick learner, problem-solver and a self-starter
-
Team player who is able to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
-
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency
-
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
-
Accept new responsibilities and respond positively to instructions and creative direction

Experience using a PC preferred but not required
