JD:

Responsibilities:

Test Planning: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop comprehensive ETL test plans based on project requirements and data integration specifications.
Test Case Design: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within Big Data ecosystems.
Data Quality Testing: Implement robust data quality tests to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data as it moves through various stages of the ETL process.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability and efficiency of ETL processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Regression Testing: Develop and execute regression test suites to ensure the stability of ETL workflows across ongoing software releases and updates.
Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ETL testing, with a specific focus on Big Data technologies.
Big Data Skills: Indepth knowledge of Big Data ecosystems, including Hadoop, Spark, and associated tools.
Testing Tools: Proficiency in ETL testing tools and frameworks, with handson experience in creating and executing test scripts.
SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data validation and querying within Big Data environments.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
