Hiring - Talent Sourcer

The Glocal Resource is looking for a Sourcer to join their team.

The company is in a growth mode and looking for a dynamic person who can handle multiple requirements at the same time.


Responsibilities:


  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant flow by using multiple sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals, Google Search, Directories, etc.
  • Manage daily sourcing targets.
  • Take ownership of the sourcer roles within the Diversity & Inclusion Accountability Matrix; understand diversity goals and where we have opportunities to support efforts in sourcing.
  • Provide meaningful market data in support of client and recruiting needs
  • Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls
  • Maintain daily and weekly client reports

Required Experience and Qualifications:
2. 1+ years of experience in working on IT and Non

  • IT requirements.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of US contracting methods (W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp) and visas
  • Huge plus.
  • Hands-on with top Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in the market
  • Strong technical skills (MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare concise and error-free reports for US business executives
  • Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail

Job location - NIBM Road, Pune
Shift timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week offs - Saturday and Sunday
