Roles and Responsibilities


Product design and development, with the ability to deep dive into the nitty-gritty of customer's requirements, technical architecture, and operational challenges.


  • Provide business and technical solutions for new usecases by identifying target markets, assessing market/client/prospects needs and reviewing ecosystem readiness.
  • Build gotomarket plans and product roadmaps to scale payment product services; work closely with development teams to ensure readiness in implementing new solutions.
  • Oversee product life cycle in line to the product roadmap creating, maintaining & adjusting the productlinelevel strategy and production schedules.
  • Enable solutions by working with internal and external crossfunctional stakeholders including legal, finance, operations, risk/control units and other product teams to manage the product life cycle.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert to support merchant and partnership implementations, supporting business proceeding like commercials, agreements, technical integrations with technical/support teams
