Primary Job Responsibilities

Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.
Retouch and manipulate images, create design layouts, promotional creatives.
Must be able to create website elements, infographics, social media art etc.
Must be able to add transition and animation effects to PowerPoint slides.
Willingness to coordinate with the team to design promotional banners and slogans

which will be integrated into the larger marketing campaign.

Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, colour and other graphic design

fundamentals.

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (Procreate Illustrators Preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (Transitions & Animations).
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Compelling portfolio of graphic design work.
Basic Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Proficient in Spoken and Written English & Hindi Language

Major KRA (SMART)

Conceptualising creatives for Book Templates, Magazines, Handouts etc.
Illustrating concepts by designing samples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and

submitting them for approval.

Create social media posts based on calendars. Must have experience in Typography.
Newspaper Adverts, Brochure and flash cards design.
Punctual in Daily Tasks.

Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification Pursuing Graduation/ Graduate

Preferred/Additional Qualification Graphic Design Certification

Minimum Experience 1-year Same Field
