Description
Test the usage of Generative AI in handling data analysis- Find ways to deploy Generative AI in customer support especially in areas of user assistance and proactive recommendations
Execute the following functions under the guidance provided by seniors:
- Develop and share the use of Generative AI in commonly used software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Develop improved documentation for Avaxpro BPM-ERP software with the help from Tech Support department
- Develop chatbot for WhatsApp ecommerce using other S/W
- Develop ML algorithms for technical support Q&A / Chat for Avaxpro BPM-ERP
- AI assisted code development
- Explore Regenerative AI options
