We are Hiring Purchase Executive For Top Pharmaceutical CompanyLocation:
Lower Parel
Experience: 2 plus Years in Pharma Background
Working : 9 Am To 6 Pm 5 days Working
Role:
- Handling Raw material purchase and packing material purchase.
- Regulatory related work, documentation regarding raw material.
- Follow up with various parties/vendors regarding dispatch. Receiving indent (Purchase Request) for raw material and packing material from plant.
- Taking priority from planning dept. For purchase of Raw Material and packing Material.
- Sending mail to vendors for quotation and finalising same with management.
- Maintaining minimum stock of primary packing material and other nonprinted PM by taking help from planning dept.
- Follow up with vendors for delivery of Raw Material and Packing Material for which Purchase Order is raised.
- Preparing purchase order in Microsoft Excel.
- Maintaining pending list of purchase order and submitting same to higher authorities.
- Advance purchase of material which takes long time for delivering by taking permission from management.
- Submitting weekly and monthly activity report to reporting head.
- Daily basis follow up with planning dept. For shortages if any.
- Procurement of Finished Products.
- Coordination internally with the following departments i.e. QA, QC, Regulatory, Production and Accounts.
- To place the purchase orders for promotional material

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
