Description
Time: 9 PM to 6 AM

  • Utilize IDW's systems to stay updated on products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Escalate and document interactions when needed, forwarding information to Website Administrator.
  • Monitor customer support inbox for recurring issues and escalate to Website Administrator as appropriate.
  • Offer recommendations for new products/services and suggest improvements based on identifying relevant features and benefits.
  • Engage in training opportunities provided by the organization or external entities.

Experience:


  • Preferred: 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
  • Possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients and customer service team members.
  • Familiarity with customerrelationship management (CRM) software programs, including Groove.
  • Familiarity with Shopify platform or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Proficient command of written and verbal English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
  • Willingness to collaborate with customers and management to resolve issues.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer support: 2 years (required)
  • CRM: 1 year (required)
  • Handling escalation: 1 year (required)
