Roles & Responsibilities

Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to QAT Manager
Organize the status meetings and send Status Report (Weekly, Monthly) to the QAT Manager/Stakeholders
Work closely with Performance Testing team to ensure all the vulnerabilities are remediated prior to the release.
Own the data that goes into the monthly Dashboard consumed by the Senior Leadership
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks based on the overall project plan.
Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test plans.
Plan and Coordinate creation of test scenarios and test data for each test cycle. Put together the test plan after discussions with the test team and have it reviewed and approved by the management/ SMEs team. Level set the stakeholders the plan for test cycles and communicate expectations
Ensure proper documentation of test results and quick resolution of issues during test cycles.
Prepare a test exit summary report and share with all stakeholders at the end of the test cycle. Coordinate test sign off from each of the stakeholders at the end of each test cycle.
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
Coordinate test team resources in project work
Able to do handson work such as test case creation and execution.

Must Have skills

Should have 5+ year of experience in SAP and S/4Hana
Should have experience in software testing
Experience in and/or good knowledge in Oracle
Multitasking and with the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks

Nice/good to have skills

Hands on experience in Automation using Tosca, UFT and/or Functionize
Initiative taker, gets things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
Excellent Communication Skills.
Knowledge in Agile methodology
Hands on experience with Jira and Jira Xray
Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects/teams
