A reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in India is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join their team.

The Quality Assurance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Review and approve batch records, specifications, and other quality documentation.
Investigate deviations, nonconformances, and customer complaints.
Participate in regulatory inspections and internal and external audits.
Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide training to staff on quality assurance principles and practices.

Requirements:

Working with dedication towards the betterment and success of the company is the most important requirement.
Master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or pharmaceutical management.
Minimum three years of quality experience in quality assurance specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, CDSCO)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
