Responsibilities:


  • Modeling and detailing of MEP services by using BIM Software.
  • Prepare Construction Plans, Cost Estimate, Specifications.
  • Clash detection of MEP services by using Navisworks manager.
  • Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for the projects of high complexity level.
  • Create annotate, dimension and detail production drawings in conformance to corporate and client's standards and practices.
  • Coordinate BIM modeling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and time to Delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection construction models.
  • Prepare design alternatives as needed for Mechanical HVAC and Process Piping.

Requirements:


  • Experience 2+ Years of experience
  • Strong in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Must have a strong experience in BIM Coordination.

Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
