The opportunity


We are looking for Assistant Manager/Associate Manager - who will be responsible for managing the globally consistent deal review process for Tier-1 opportunities in their respective Area (Americas/EMEIA/APAC), region or Service Line.

The individual is required to drive operational rigor to ensure compliance and optimize win ability and profitability.


Acting as the process SME and knowledge steward, the role will work closely with Account and Deal Activation teams and Area/Region/Service Line Leadership to facilitate gate reviews record the key outcomes/actions and be first point of contact for any queries.

He or She will also be responsible for capturing and analysing deal data and for the provision of periodic Management Information such as deal pipeline, win-rate etc.

in line with Area requirements.


Your key responsibilities

  • Knowledge steward help educate opportunity owners in SDM best practice; process, tools and enablers, what is required of stakeholders, act as initial point of contact handling related queries
  • Maintenance of Area specific SDM materials, in line with global guidance
  • Opportunity identification, intake, and flow management through the governance process, understanding where all opportunities sit at all stages
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (Panel members, Account and Deal Activation teams) to conduct stage gate reviews for the Tier1 opportunities and keep the review team informed of upcoming reviews
  • Gather review materials, circulate prereads and manage discussion sessions during gate review, capture all notes/key points and action items, validate with Chair prior to distribution
  • Stay connected with Account/Deal Activation teams to drive actions items and proactively communicate any potential issues with SDM leadership
  • Compile/update and distribute deal reporting as per required cadence
  • Proactively provide insights on pipeline status and opportunities for enhanced engagement and compliance
  • Investigate trends, develop insights, and share leading practices with Deal Review network

Skills and attributes for success

  • Knowledge and experience in Deal Management and Pursuit lifecycle (Desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience in large Advisory/Managed Services deal support (Desirable)
  • Ability to influence without authority, executive presence, experience of coaching upwards
  • Excellent project management skills especially in communications, governance, and analytical reporting
  • Strategic thinking: ability to connect, identify less obvious opportunities, create impact without explicit direction
  • Ability to work independently, to take ownership, to operate in an unpredictable and dynamic working environment
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills at all levels within the organization
  • Solutionsfocused with innovative ideation skills
  • Global mindset, cultural agility, versatile working style

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Education
  • Post Graduate/Graduate degree


  • Experience

  • Approximately 1012 years of relevant experience (i.e., Sales Support, Process Management, Centers of Expertise, Global operating models)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Project management experience preferable
  • Appropriate experience demonstrating above listed knowledge and skills
  • Proven stakeholder management experience desirable

Technologies and Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Teams and Outlook exposure desirable
  • Aptitude to learn Data Visualization tools like Power Bi, Alteryx, Murals etc
