This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Placement Executive at
CB Tech located in
Kochi. The Placement Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the placement activities for the students of our institute.

This includes liaising with companies, collaborating with faculty and students, preparing materials, conducting mock interviews, and keeping track of deadlines and paperwork.

The Student Placement Officer will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with companies and organizing placement drives to improve the employability of students.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in managing relationships with companies and organizing job fairs or placement drives
Finding, Assessing and generation of job opportunities for students
Liaising with students and companies for placements
Collect and maintain details of placed students including their Offer Letters
Documentation of placement activities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, employers, and community partners

Experience : 1 -2 years as Placement Assistant or Recruitment Executive
