Technical Competencies:

Understanding of the basics of Indian jewelry industry, history and culture.
Knowledge of jewelry marketing, customer relations, product display, customer information, aftersales services, so as to achieve high level of effectiveness in sales.
Knowledge about diamonds.
Good knowledge about CRM software.
Familiar with online product delivery process.
Familiar with online payment methods and procedures.
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
