**Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of solar panels. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and selling solar panels to customers. This role involves regular travel using a bike to meet customers within a designated territory. Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English, as well as workable knowledge in MIS and Excel, is required.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate solar panel products to prospective customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports using MIS and Excel.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote solar panels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry.
  • Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory using a bike.
  • Workable knowledge of MIS (Management Information Systems) and Excel.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of solar panel technology and its benefits.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
