Position:
Software development engineer in test (SDET)


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Understand the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
  • Understand project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
  • Investigate customer problems referred by the technical support team, test bugs, and create and manage bug reports.
  • Work with deployment teams to resolve level issues for systems, coordinate on product design, and provide input on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
  • Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
  • Research test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrade existing practices and processes.
- work closely with team members, internal and external stakeholders to understand the project requirements and contribute insights for designing test plans, scenarios, scripts.

  • Report test results to project stakeholders, defect reporting and tracking
  • Managing the final quality on production release.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience in
    Manual Testing, mobile and Web testing.
- iOS Testing: In-depth knowledge of iOS platform testing, including compatibility, usability, and performance testing.

  • Experience In Unit Testing, Blackbox testing, Regression testing.
  • Strong Reviewer of Test Cases.
  • Knowledge of automation testing tools
  • Knowledge and Exposure to Jira, DevOps, Scrum, Agile Methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of programming languages, test methodologies and their corresponding tools.

Experience - 3-5 years


Location:
Kotrud, Pune


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹232, ₹850,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
