Front Desk Receptionist - Hyderabad, India - Sygna Solutions
Description
Office hrs AM to 7.30 PM,
Days - Monday to Friday - Onsite,
Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
- Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
- Preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages or flyers
- A willingness to assist the office Manager and staff when needed.
- A willingness to provide incredible customer service to visitors and job applicants.
- Must have excellent multitasking/ organizational Skills
- Be active on our Facebook groups and LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- 12 years of work experience in VISA documentation and processing
(This is not mandatory but if someone with knowledge would be preferred): - Verify the documents and advise applicants about additional documents, if required
- Ready the files for submission and submit it to the office Manager as per the timeline.
- Monitor the status of every file.
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
