Role:
Distributor Sales Officer (DSO) represents the company's interest to a set of doctors, stockist and pharmacies in their territory and responsible for end -end account management including establishing relationship, growing sales & fundamentals and ensuring visibility execution as per company standards.
Responsibility:
-
- Selling to authorized stockists, pharmacies and doctors.
- Detailing to pharmacies and doctors.
- Basic Merchandising
Selling:
-
- DSO is responsible for selling volume and building goodwill in the distributor market.
- Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area.
- Building and developing relation with pharmacies and stockist.
- Regular coverage of the stores as per requirement.
- Drive in store availability and visibility.
- Collection and settlement of the account receivable.
Detailing:
- Generating new prescription on daily basis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge & detailing skills.
- Day to Day sales reporting.
- Effective query handling.
- Adherence to the stewardship and compliance norms of the organization.
- Spend more than 90% time in customer facing selling.
Merchandising:

- Responsible for Basic Merchandising at stockists, pharmacies and doctors.
