Overall Job Objective:

Role:

The
Distributor Sales Officer (DSO) represents the company's interest to a set of doctors, stockist and pharmacies in their territory and responsible for end -end account management including establishing relationship, growing sales & fundamentals and ensuring visibility execution as per company standards.

Responsibility:
-

Selling to authorized stockists, pharmacies and doctors.
Detailing to pharmacies and doctors.
Basic Merchandising

Selling:
-

DSO is responsible for selling volume and building goodwill in the distributor market.
Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area.
Building and developing relation with pharmacies and stockist.
Regular coverage of the stores as per requirement.
Drive in store availability and visibility.
Collection and settlement of the account receivable.

Detailing:

Generating new prescription on daily basis.
Stay updated on product knowledge & detailing skills.
Day to Day sales reporting.
Effective query handling.
Adherence to the stewardship and compliance norms of the organization.
Spend more than 90% time in customer facing selling.

Merchandising:
-

Responsible for Basic Merchandising at stockists, pharmacies and doctors.
