Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk of the organization.

Your role is vital in providing a positive and professional image of the company and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk area.

You will handle various administrative tasks, manage incoming calls, assist visitors, and provide general support to the organization and its stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department and provide necessary information or assistance. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Phone Handling:
Manage incoming calls, including screening and forwarding calls to the relevant individuals or departments. Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly. Provide information and handle inquiries to the best of your ability or direct callers to the appropriate resources.

Administrative Support:

Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, receiving and distributing mail and packages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Visitor Assistance:
Register and sign-in visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Coordinate with internal departments to notify employees of visitor arrivals. Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, including directing them to meeting rooms, restrooms, or other facilities.

Database Maintenance:
Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and directories. Ensure accuracy and completeness of contact information for employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Use appropriate software tools to manage data effectively.

Professionalism and Customer Service:
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.


Salary:
₹9, ₹22,568.42 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
