Technical support Treasury & Custody Applications.

Location:
Nariman Point

Qualification:
Any Graduate

Work Experience: 3-5 years

Mode of Work: 5 days' work from office

Budget:

Responsibilities:

***- Handle & manage ITIL process like Change, Incident, Problem management etc.

Tracking, find out root cause and work on permanent closure of issues.
Prepare knowledge base articles for incidents.
Track, plan and support implementation of Infra Upgrades and Security vulnerabilities/patches for Windows, Linux, AIX, Database etc.
Monitor ETL, Jobs, Healthcheckup runs on daily basis and resolution in event of any failures.
Publish regular MIS updates to all stakeholders as an when required.
Provide technical support to project team as an when required for various projects.
Closure of incident and change tickets on time.
