I worked in Syniverse Technologies from February 2010 to March 2022 in Bangalore 
and I have 12+ years experience in the Application Production Support area.
I have been involved in handling Telecom service providers Vodafone India, Reliance Jio circle teams and handled their issues.

 Key Clients: Vodafone India, IDEA Cellular, and BSNL, Reliance Jio
 Monitor the production environments for all assigned applications, work to resolve system amends, and
following established escalation procedures as required.
 Perform Daily Health checks and report the status of all production environments with assessment
 Conduct reviews of application release notes to identify potential problems prior to release of software in
the production environment.
 BMC Remedy Swift TSG Ticket Resolution – 2nd level support.
 Application monitoring and alarming, including Filesystem checks.
 Assist and provide advice to junior engineers ensuring that department best practices are followed.
 Prepare documentation and procedures to accurately monitor production applications on a daily basis
with early warning indicators.
 Assist in the gathering of metrics to track and the reporting of performance trends for all assigned
applications
 Provide technical expertise and system knowledge to Production Support personnel efforts, as it relates
to customers, problems, issues and concerns.
 Assist in reviewing and refining user requirements for systems development and maintenance projects.
 Provide input and feedback to Product Development in the form of TSG tickets to resolve customer
problems, application issues, and concerns that require production program changes.
 Participate in the bi-annual Disaster Recovery tests.

 Install and upgrade company application software.
 Spearhead efforts for ensuring smooth TAP files processing – monitor alarms and SLA; and analyse
GSM defined errors
o Recommended solutions for resolving IOT, exchange rate, tax rate, and CAMEL errors for
normalising call records and generating additional revenue for employer
 Manage on-boarding of new customers – verify GSM/GPRS roaming agreements and configure
production system with customer-specific application parameters
 Monitor batch chain processes, ensuring 24x7 operations of CHS systems
 Collaborate with engineering teams in the implementation of lifecycle infrastructure solutions and
documentation operations
o Prepare MOP - Method of Procedure for performing the steps during a CRQ downtime
o Send Customer Notification prior to Scheduled Maintenance / Incidents of Clearing House Systems
o Designated to Peer Review and Approve MOP for collaborating teams
o Shipment of executables into Production environment post confirmation from Release team
o Working knowledge of handling Disaster Recovery in Bangalore site and Business Continuity Process
o Collaborate with DevOps team and Shipment team for new releases and troubleshooting
o Familiar with Change Management Approval from Command Centre, Change Request execution.
