Key Responsibilities:


  • Ownership of GSK's R package assessment process for GxP work
  • Work with various stakeholders to prioritise R package assessments for inclusion within 'frozen' environments
  • Work with Quality partners to maintain GSK's assessment process
  • Coach/train business users in R package assessments
  • Perform package assessments
  • Review business user R package assessments
  • Support internal package developers to ensure compliance with GSK standards
  • Maintain established R packages to support GSK's clinical reporting workflow
  • Release package updates in line with internal/external standards
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure GSK's clinical reporting packages remain fit for purpose
  • Contribute to and support the business change objectives of Biostatistics, enabled by Technical Capability Delivery, including but not limited to adoption of R for clinical reporting
  • Work with other colleagues internal and external to Biostatistics to share best practices, ensure consistency, deliver synergy across the endtoend process, including partnering with Technical Delivery Enablement Lead on user engagement and leading change, and with Biostatistics Business Excellence Capability Director to define training content and delivery strategy
  • Provide proactive stakeholder management and build longterm trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and both internal and external partners
