Beauty Advisor


Responsibilities:


  • Provide detailed information to customers about our cosmetic dermatology services and products.
  • Develop relationships with customers and understand their needs to improve sales and conversions.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers and answer their queries.
  • Track customer preferences and patterns to suggest relevant products and services.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Monitor stock levels and restock as required.
  • Clean and maintain the sales area.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology services and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Smart and presentable appearance

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 18 months


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- beauty advisor: 1 year (preferred)
