Responsibilities:


  • The course is
    Front Office Associate/Guest Service Associate:
  • The trainer will be responsible for ensuring educational activities essential for the
    Front Office Associate course.
  • Should be able to teach
    Front Office Associate course and instruct students using a variety of instruction modalities.
  • Responsible to review course curriculum for program and update accordingly.

Educational Qualification:


  • B.Sc. Hotel Management Or
  • Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience & Skills:


  • Minimum 3 year experience in hotel field experience for B.Sc. Hotel Management Or
  • Minimum 4 years site experience for Diploma holders
