Sales Performance:
Achieve or exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the average transaction value.
Provide excellent customer service to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.


Product Knowledge and Customer Assistance:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the store's product offerings, features, and benefits.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.


Visual Merchandising:
Maintain the visual appeal of the store by arranging products in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner.
Ensure proper signage and displays are in place to highlight promotions and key products.
Regularly update displays to reflect changes in stock and seasonal promotions.


Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability without excessive overstock.
Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock in a timely manner.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits as needed.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with frequent customers to encourage loyalty.
Collect customer feedback and relay it to management for continuous improvement.
Utilize customer data to offer personalized shopping experiences and targeted promotions.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Provide assistance and support to colleagues during busy periods or as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance store performance.


Loss Prevention and Security:
Follow security protocols to prevent theft and minimize loss.
Be vigilant in monitoring customers and reporting any suspicious activities.
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.


Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Mentor new team members and assist in their onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.


Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
Follow company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.


Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of daily sales transactions.
Prepare and submit sales reports to the store management as required.


Salary:
₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
