We are looking for Education counselors who can assist students in terms of course & program selection, admissions, class scheduling, and career planning.

To be a successful and professional Educational Counselor you must know how to provide counseling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them achieve their academic goals.

Visit to High Schools & Junior collage as well a private institutes for collaboration for new batches. Conduct with them for group counseling sections.

Job Description of Educational Counselor

Sector

Training and Placement Sector

Identifying the skills, interests and career goals of the students

Assist students in terms of course & program selection

Counsel interested students regarding our Training program and get them enroll

To Organize the Demo Lectures on regular basis and coordinating the placement activities

Solving the queries of students (walk-ins as well as telephonic).

Taking inquiries over phone

To search new companies for placement and maintain relation with existing companies.

To prepare students for interview and maximize the placements.

Find out nearest high schools & private institute.

Contact to right person of School & institute for collaboration & conduct the group counseling sections for there student & Parents.

Requirements:

Admission Counselor

Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills)

Negotiation skill

Ability to identify body language and pain points of an student

Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times

Interpersonal (mediation) skills is needed to be able to solve problems or gap that may arise

Friendly and accommodating

Patience should be a virtue worn at all times

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher

Pay:
₹10, ₹12,500.00 per month (as per interview performance)

Supplemental pay types:
Performance bonus

Pay:
₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
