Job Description:

Accurately and efficiently encodes information in Tradeworks based on received documents, Business Rules, Country Instructions, and other related or similar references.
Assists in amending Reports based on review done by the Conformance Analyst or Key Account Officer, as necessary and under the guidance of the KAO.
Provides suggestions on process improvements.
Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming to his/her knowledge.
Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned by Supervisor to achieve operations efficiency.
Assists in the maintenance of the company's Quality Management System and the Certification Center's compliance to the IFIA-CBCA Code of Practice and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 17020, ISO 17065)

Qualifications:

Science Graduate
