Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, and management.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, retention of documents etc.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Find Solicitations, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs from various portals, ads and newsletters online and attend preproposal meetings and debriefings as needed
- Prepare Proposals for RFP's, PowerPoint presentations, and handouts for interviews with prospective clients
- Update supplier accounts with valid diversity certificates, additional NAICS codes if required, selfcertifications.
- Work with the accounts department and payroll company to set up tax accounts with different states as required and pay annual fees/submit annual reports.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in any stream
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Agility and speed in executing strong writing
- Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fastpaced, challenging, and deadlinedriven environment
- Working knowledge of Ms Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc
- Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
- Work Timings 6pm3AM IST
Salary:
₹8, ₹42,083.32 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagercoil ,
Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
