Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, and management.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, retention of documents etc.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Find Solicitations, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs from various portals, ads and newsletters online and attend preproposal meetings and debriefings as needed
  • Prepare Proposals for RFP's, PowerPoint presentations, and handouts for interviews with prospective clients
  • Update supplier accounts with valid diversity certificates, additional NAICS codes if required, selfcertifications.
  • Work with the accounts department and payroll company to set up tax accounts with different states as required and pay annual fees/submit annual reports.

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree in any stream
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Agility and speed in executing strong writing
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fastpaced, challenging, and deadlinedriven environment
  • Working knowledge of Ms Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Work Timings 6pm3AM IST

Salary:
₹8, ₹42,083.32 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nagercoil ,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
