    About This Opportunity

    Individual will be working in the below areas :

    • Customer AR
    • Customer Billing
    • Freight
    • EFT Reconciliation
    • Customer and Vendor setup

    Common business processes are:

    • billing and issue resolution
    • and vendor setups and maintenance
    • AR posting, collection and reconciliation
    • entry and reconciliation for company owned locations
    • rate setup, freight invoice entry and open payables reconciliation
    • invoice, billing and rebate processing
    • reconciliation
    • shortage and Gross Profit analysis and investigation
    • drafting external customers
    • card import monitoring and issue resolution
    • & review journal entries to ensure staff is accurately applying the relevant accounting principles in accordance with GAAP
    • Month end close for all responsible areas
    • month end reports to GL team for reconciliation and Balance Sheet Review purposes
    • Establish and maintain an efficient and effective set of review steps and operational controls to ensure team is operating within SOX protocols.

    • knowledgeable across the broad range of business functions of the entire Accounting Process by supporting the Manager.

    Qualification :

    Education: Bachelor's Degree

    • 4-6 years GL accounting, R2R experience, Oracle R12 knowledge is a bonus, reporting experience.
