Job Title:
Non-IT Recruiter or Recruitment consultant (Corporate Careerz)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and execute on recruitment
strategies

  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and methods to identify and source potential
  • Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires
  • Negotiate job offers and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure successful onboarding of new hires
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and labour market changes to identify potential
recruitment opportunities


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nonIT recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate
setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of federal and provincial employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
