Job Summary:


As an Admission Counselor in the field of education, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the admissions process for prospective students, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.

You will serve as a crucial link between the educational institution and potential students, providing information, guidance, and support to help them make informed decisions about their academic futures.


Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance:

Assist prospective students in understanding educational programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

Provide personalized counseling to help individuals identify suitable academic pathways based on their interests, goals, and qualifications.


Application Processing:

Collaborate with relevant departments to verify academic credentials, test scores, and other admission requirements.

Communicate with applicants to request additional information or clarify discrepancies.


Admissions Events:

Organize and participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions to attract potential students.

Conduct campus tours and informational interviews to showcase the institution's facilities, programs, and unique features.


Relationship Building:


Cultivate and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the institution and its programs.

Collaborate with faculty and other staff to stay informed about program updates and changes.


Data Management:

Generate reports on admission statistics, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.


Admission Policies:
Stay informed about admission policies, procedures, and updates to provide accurate information to students and staff.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.


Customer Service:

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Address concerns and provide support to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for applicants.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and career paths.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
