Develop and implement datadriven strategies and models to support real estate investment decisions, market analysis, and portfolio management.
Lead a team of analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing real estate data, including property values, market trends, demographics, and competitive landscapes.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for property acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and investment opportunities.
Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to forecast property performance, risk factors, and investment returns.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, investors, developers, and property managers, to align analytics efforts with business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain real estate performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and communicate insights effectively.
Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to identify market trends, competitive benchmarks, and opportunities for business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in real estate analytics and data management.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to junior analysts and team members to enhance their analytical skills and professional development.
