Role Description As part of the Operations Associate profile, you will be responsible for student experience and taking them through an epic journey of growth and discovery Your goal would be to lead and execute various activities that lead to a gold-standard experience for students.

Process Optimization While working with a large set of students, student experience becomes a function of the processes designed to deliver it and so, you'll be: Discovering ways to improve efficiency in our daily processes in order to enhance student experience.

Utilizing an array of tools, softwares, and platforms to automate processes in order to minimize human intervention and ensuring a flawless and effortless delivery of our programs.

Facilitating seamless collaboration with the product team to introduce innovative platform features and enhance operational efficiency.


Expert Relations Planning and Coordination:
Strategically plan and coordinate activities and resources for expert-led training sessions. Ensure timely and comprehensive communication of program, project, and other relevant information to experts.


Query Resolution and Stakeholder Liaison:
Understand and swiftly resolve expert queries by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders


Activity Ideation and Execution:

Collaborate with various teams to brainstorm and implement new activities aimed at enhancing the overall expert experience Diagnose and eliminate bottlenecks in the expert training and engagement processes.

Streamline workflows to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both experts and students Feedback & Experience Management:
Monitor and analyze feedback received from experts, incorporating necessary changes to enhance their experience. Proactively address concerns and suggestions, striving for continuous improvement. Strive to be entrusted by experts to deliver an exceptional experience, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.


Must-Have Skills:

Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing High accountability and responsibility to ensure flawless execution on a day-to-day basis Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)


Empathy and a high Emotional Quotient to actively engage with stakeholders, understand & solve their queries A user-focused mindset so that you are highly responsive to program participants, design processes, and activities keeping their needs in mind.

A knack for getting things done Attention to detail - Spotting issues that could cause errors and delays, and affect quality, preferably before they snowball A structured approach to problem-solving, that involves struggling with the problem until you are able to isolate the Why before coming to a solution
What is the recruitment process:

As a small team (~65 folks), it's imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap.

We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. The process will occur over virtual calls, so you don't need to worry about travel.


Recorded Essay:
This will be a one-way video task that will focus on getting to know you, your motivations, and your thinking process

Technical conversation:
This will be a call with our current Program Management team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your management skills and other competencies needed for the job (mentioned above)

Culture fit conversation:
This will be a conversation with one of our founders to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode


Extending an offer:
If all goes well, we will extend an offer that will mention the relevant details


Compensation:

You can expect a job offer of 4.5 LPA with a 90-10 split between fixed and variable Other benefits include flexible holiday schedules, access to mentors from across the industry, health insurance, and a library of books and courses to further your professional/ personal life.


Schedule:
You would be working 5 days a week from the off
