    We are seeking a skilled

    Project Engineer

    with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

    As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering and technical aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion.

    You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timeframes and budgets.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and further develop your career in project management and engineering.

    Responsibilities of the

    Project Engineer

    include, but are not limited to:Handle all after order activities related to original equipment (OE business)Attend internal and external KOM with customer and intercompany to ensure proper handover and smooth executionPrepare progress reports and attend progress meetings with customersPrepare weekly reports, engineering reports, documentation reports and overall business plansManaging order booking on ERP system in P21, starting from booking until closure of projectManage all motor, seal, seal system, coupling, baseplate, VFD, junction box, control, valve and all other sub vendors, supply chain and logistics for the project, per the engineering documentsManaging timely payment collection and issuance of bank guarantee and Letter of CreditEffectively communicate with the team on account status, activity and issuesCo-ordinate with logistics & transportation to collect the cargo from supplier to factoryOperate within the project's budget constraints and improve costDocumentation to be prepared according to project scope and ensure that timely approval is obtained with completion of MRB for each projectTravel international and domestic as required to support sales team during customer meetings

    Qualifications of the

    Project Engineer

    include, but are not limited to:Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience with API-610 pump and rotating equipment proposal development, order processing & managementCandidates having experience on tailoring proposals for GCC, Europe and USA end users as well as those who have international experience will have an added advantageStrong PC skills with Windows XP and Microsoft Office programsSelf-starter and highly motivatedGood organizational skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasksAbility to establish relationships with customer baseExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with industry API, ASME, and ANSI standardsWillingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed

    Physical Demand : N/AConditions : Office and warehouse environmentLanguage : Fluent and clear English is mandatory for this positionTraining/Certifications : N/ATime/Overtime : Monday – Friday / 8 am – 5 pmTravel : OccasionalEducation: Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree
