    Joining period-Immediate , 15 days , 1 month joiner preferred.

    Job Description

    Project engineer position is to work closely with the project team and our client to fulfill the assigned project tasks in a timely manner.

    This position includes direct interaction with the internal support team, subcontractors/vendors and customer's project team.


    CORE ACTIVITIES
    *To complete project tasks assigned to the project engineer with schedules provided by the Project Manager.
    *Supervise third party vendors/subcontractors who support the integration, installation and other deployment activities required to effectively execute installation projects/deployments.
    *Maintain open communication with project manager and support team to ensure continuity and success in each customer-oriented project.
    *Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with many different teams and cultures.
    *Excellent Technical Knowledge and Customer Service Skills to manage the key account contract customers from Professional Service.
    *Assist Project Manager to identify appropriate equipment, special materials and physical modifications required to complete the project and key account's service needs.
    *Complete the project process and post service needs according to Service Contract signed by company.
    *Inform project manager with continuous updates on progress and issues.

    Review, Comment and mark up all System drawings as needed including but not limited to:

    *Any company generated drawings or plans: Display support structures; wiring plans (Power, device to device cable plant, DisplayPort cable Plant for Micro Tile systems); Device location drawings; network drawings; and IP schedules
    *Review the project sales order, Bill of Materials, OA and coordinate with Project Management, Project Coordinator and possibly to ensure the correct quantities have been ordered and are scheduled to be delivered to the site.
    *Attend Internal Review meeting with Sales, Project management and Engineering team all dealer generated AV system and Network drawings
    *After internal review another design review with dealer or end user as part of the project kick off process
    *Review Architectural drawing set including HVAC, Electrical, structural or system support or location; and Millwork elements(shelves, alcoves, niche and cut out dimensions); and finish schedules to identify any conflicts or missing information
    *Send mark up back to Project manager and company engineering to update company released set.
    *Coordinate any revisions with company Project manager and end user or dealer team

    Participate in Project kick off meeting with company team (Sales, Project Management, Project Coordinator, Site Supervisors Managers...) and dealer and/or End User stakeholders if needed.


    ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
    Develop, improve and document installation methods and practices.
    Identify and recommend improvements to project


    ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    Describe the major accountabilities against which your performance will be measured. They should be limited to accountabilities not activities.


    EXTERNAL:


    Work with client representatives to coordinate project activities in the least intrusive manor to minimize disruption of ongoing business activities.

    Implement the Project Planning,
    Ensure communication with the client is accurately relayed to the appropriate company resource.
    Manage vendor activities and provide project Coordinator with daily updates on progress and issues.


    INTERNAL:
    Ensure successful development of company relationship with the client.
    Ensure all processes and procedures are in accordance with the company and client's requirements.
    Maintain budget guidelines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    What are the major duties and activities required to under-take this position.

    Responsible to complete project tasks within the time allocated & within assigned budget.
    Provide daily updates to Project Manager when necessary.

    Assist Project Manager and support team to define process and inform the team project change order if there are any customer's needs changes.

    Notify Project manager of any schedule changes
    Notify Project manager of any company product quality issues or customer's complaints.
