Description
Responsible for handling Imports/ Exports/ Ocean shipment /Air Cargo- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for schedules and transportation
- Prepare shipment schedule as per goods readiness
- Coordinate with CHA and Freight forwarder
- Preparation of
Pre and Post Shipping documents (
B/L, Phytosanitary certificate, Packing list, Customs Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation, Insurance, eBRC, Rodtep, Drawback, etc.) - Basic knowledge of
Tally: - Well versed with
eWaybill and
eInvoicing: - Manage basic
Banking and RTGS - Coordinate with vendors for Tally ledger
- Knowledge of L/c Documentation for Import and Export
- Maintain monthly database in Excel
- Manage regular declarations of ECGC, APEDA, EIA, Insurance etc.
Pay:
₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
