What the role involves

Working closely with People & Culture team and business leaders to define and implement the talent agenda for the org
Owning eNPS and other metrics related to employee engagement for the org and driving initiatives to improve the same
Ensuring effective implementation of people processes such as performance management, talent reviews, rewards and recognition etc. across the org; redesigning processes where required
Maintaining a strong employee connect across levels

Requirements:

Who are we looking for

35 years experience in HR/People business partnering or COE roles in an early or growth stage startup
Deep conceptual understanding of multiple areas within HR, both theoretical and handson
Strong academic background, preferably with a Masters' degree in HR
