Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for delegate ticket sales to conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and followup.
- Understand the conference industry and stay uptodate with market trends and competition.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, including proposal writing and contract negotiation.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
- Knowledge of the conference and events industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a positive and professional attitude.
Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
