The company is spread across different nations to cater to clients worldwide.


Responsibilities

  • To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
  • To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
  • Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
  • Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support OM through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.
  • Follow up on daily basis, any type of leads assigned to them. Maintain remarks in CRM.
  • Conducting small group seminars with students.
  • Maintaining case records in files of individual students including referral forms, observation report, and interactions with students
  • Submitting the required reports and case updates and all the documentation available to the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Any UG degree
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven Sales skills with impressive targets and experience
  • Ability to convince the student to get our services.
  • Fluent in English and Tamil. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Experience in the immigration or education industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
