    IFF is a global leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences. We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our India Shared Service Centre team as Manager Transfer Pricing

    Your Focus

    As a Manager – Transfer Pricing based out of Hyderabad, you will be responsible to Prepare and maintain multi-country transfer pricing documentation, conducting financial analysis and assisting in tax planning.

    The role will report to the Director, Global Transfer Pricing.

    How you will contribute


    • The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

    • Prepare and maintain necessary multi-country transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with respective local laws and transfer pricing policies, including Master File, Local Files and Country by Country Reporting.

    • Conduct detailed financial analysis and segmentation of P&L statements to develop data required for transfer pricing studies.

    • Assist with tax planning and other special projects on global level, as needed, supporting technical analyses and/or documentation on transfer pricing impacts.

    • Manage testing and monitoring of profitability targets in line with applicable functional profile of legal entities and assess need for TP adjustments, coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

    Job Requirements


    What you will need to be successful


    • Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field

    • 8+ years of experience, majority of which in Transfer Pricing or related field in economic and/or financial results.

    • Preferably some experience in big 4 public accounting firms and/or multi-national corporate finance/tax department.

    • Knowledge and expertise in OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines

    • Fluency in English required.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (advance knowledge of excel is required)

    • Strong finance/accounting knowledge, working knowledge of financial accounting systems.

    • Strong interpersonal, writing, analytical, project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
