Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and deliver complex solutions in Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Installed Base.
Conduct Requirement Gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with the clients.
Drive architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when implementing new solutions.
Work on client demos, RFPs, and other presales activities

Required Skills:

10+ years Solution design and Implementation experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion.
Strong knowledge in the following areas – Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing and Installed Base.
Minimum 3+ years hands on experience working with Oracle Cloud SCM.
Experience in at least 2 Oracle Fusion end to end Implementations.
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes, and ability to work in a highly complex and integrated Oracle Applications Environment.
Ability to lead in a hands-on capacity on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing.
Lead the requirement gathering sessions, CRP and UAT phases in the project.
Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
Must have knowledge of documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases etc. using OUM or any other methodology.
Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature.
High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results.
Self-sufficient, independent requiring little supervision or intervention.
Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues.
